Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your Story Makers AI account and its data. Story Makers AI is published by Polyque Games on the App Store and Google Play.
Option 1: in the app (immediate)
- Open Story Makers AI and tap your profile icon (top right) to open Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account. If you use the app as a guest, the button is called Delete my guest data.
- Confirm with Delete permanently. Your account and data are deleted right away.
Option 2: without the app
Send an email to mert@polyquegame.com with the subject "Delete my Story Makers AI account", from the email address of your Apple or Google account (or tell us the email you signed in with). We confirm the request by email and delete the account and its data within 30 days. You don't need to install the app again.
Before you delete: cancel your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, and billing continues until you cancel it in your store account:
- iPhone / iPad: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions (Settings → your name → Subscriptions)
- Android: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions (Google Play → Payments & subscriptions)
What is deleted
- Your account (sign-in identifier, name and email address from Apple or Google).
- Your story ideas, choices, scripts, voice-overs, captions, covers and videos, and your series.
- Your plan data, remaining video credits, usage counters and notification token.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase transaction records, without your account identifier, as long as needed for fraud prevention, refunds and tax or accounting obligations (up to 10 years where the law requires).
- Content reports you sent, without your account identifier, for safety reviews.
- Ready-made stories in the shared story pool that were created from the guided questions. They were stored without any link to your account, so they can't be traced back to you.
- Voice files cached by text, without personal identifiers.
- Backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Hesabını sil (Türkçe)
Uygulamada: Ayarlar → Hesabı sil (misafirsen Misafir verilerimi sil) → Kalıcı olarak sil. Hesabın ve verilerin hemen silinir.
Uygulama olmadan: Apple ya da Google hesabının e-posta adresinden mert@polyquegame.com adresine "Story Makers AI hesabımı silin" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Talebini e-postayla onaylar, hesabını ve verilerini 30 gün içinde sileriz; uygulamayı yeniden yüklemen gerekmez.
Hesap silmek App Store ya da Google Play aboneliğini iptal etmez; aboneliği mağaza hesabından iptal etmelisin. Satın alma kayıtları ve gönderdiğin içerik bildirimleri hesap kimliğin olmadan, yasal ve güvenlik gerekçeleriyle saklanır.
