How do I make a video?
Tap Create a new story, choose the video language, then write your idea or answer the guided questions. Pick a hook, set captions, narrator, length and music, review the script and tap Create my video. Rendering usually takes about a minute; you can leave the app and we'll notify you when it's ready.
What does the free trial include?
New Pro Monthly subscribers may get a 3-day free trial: 1 video in total, up to 45 seconds, with a small watermark, the default narrator and the first episode of a series. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid Pro Monthly subscription at the price shown in the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. In the app: Settings → My plan → Manage subscription.
I bought on the website. How do I cancel or get a refund?
Purchases on storymakersai.com are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for those orders. Cancel at any time with the link in your Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net; you keep access until the end of the paid period. For refunds see our Refund Policy, or email us and we'll sort it out with Paddle.
How do I restore my purchases?
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account, then tap Settings → Restore purchases (also on the plans screen).
How do I report a story or video?
Tap the flag icon on the script, the result screen or a ready-made story. Reported ready-made stories are removed from the shared pool right away and reviewed.
Which data is shared with AI providers?
Your idea, answers, video language and script edits go to Anthropic (Claude); the final script text goes to ElevenLabs for the voice. The app asks for your permission first, and you can withdraw it in Settings → AI data sharing. Details: Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account (guests: Delete my guest data). Without the app: account deletion page.
